Actually, I started it back in June, but I'm halfway done and hope to get it finished by the first of the year. The title is Daughter of the South Wind. Tag line: Dawn's obsession with tornadoes leads to two things: a journey to discover her soulmate and immortality.
I'm still toying with the back cover blurb. Here is what I have so far.
Gods and goddesses only exist in myths, stories to teach children right from wrong. Or so Dawn thought until coming face-to-face with one.
Plagued by tornado nightmares since childhood, Dawn notices a marked shift in their content. A few still chase her, but more feature a handsome man who encourages her to trust in herself. One day, Dawn encounters the man from her dreams, a tornado god. He has one request--for her to believe she is his lost love.
Dawn embarks on a journey to discover her true self. In the process, she learns about the never-ending bonds of family, the power of love, and what it means to be the daughter of the south wind.
